Annual Evaluations
The purpose of evaluations is to encourage development and to strengthen effectiveness. We know that as leaders and as a church you want to be more effective in ministry. Our desire in providing these tools is to stimulate performance improvements and to assist in clear communication between the pastor and leadership.
